After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, I have been traveling around for the past 10 years working in some of the best restaurants in the country. I most recently was the Executive Sous Chef for one of the best new restaurants in the country, Antico, in Los Angeles. I've participated in competitions, worked in 3 Michelin star kitchens and have been featured on the show "Diners, Drive Ins and Dives". Seasonal, fresh and local is how I cook. I have honed Italian, French, Spanish and Asain techniques. I am very laid back and easy to talk to. I will teach anyone in the room anything they would like to know. Due to the recent pandemic I am looking to explore my options outside of the typical restaurant life.
