I am a college graduate from Salisbury University with a degree in Community Health. My transition to a vegan lifestyle about 5 years ago ignited the internal passionate fire that lead me into the realm of fire that lives in the kitchen. I have most recently finished a long residential stint at a yoga resort as one of their executive chefs cooking vegan and vegetarian meals. As a result, I have bulked up my kitchen chops quite a bit, learning how to cook mass quantities under the pressure of a deadline as well as broadening my cultural palette. I am looking to continue to expand my palette while allowing myself an outlet for my immense creative energy. I know how people want to be eating.
