I have been cooking for the past 15 years. Way back in Ghana West Africa to here in Maryland. I have experiences from the hotel, restaurant, banquet, bar, country club and private chef. I live and breath Hospitality, I love that food is able to bring different cultures together in one occasion and on one plate.
