As a classically trained chef, with degrees in Culinary Arts and Culinary Managment, i have the ability to prepare and cook a worldly cuisine while adhering to local health guidelines, and delivering the culinary experience you are looking for. Being from Texas and living in beautiful, Southern California, i have a focus on BBQ, and Baja-Mediterranean styles of cooking. Menus are created around our amazing, year-round available local produce, sustainably caught fish, and meat markets of San Diego and surrounding cities. I am available for full-service catering events and dinner parties of up 60 people. Private Chef cooked meals Monday-Sunday, breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert.
