BRASSERIE CENTRAL is currently hiring to start immediately! ********* LINE COOKS and GARDE MANGER TO START IMMEDIATELY*********** Candidate must have: - 3 year experience in high volume, fine dining restaurants - Knowledge of French cuisine a plus, positive attitude and the will to work. CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: - Advanced cooking and knife skills - Creativity and the ability to think outside of the box - Ample communication and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize, keen attention to detail - Self-motivated and Proactive - Ability to follow directions and execute in line with the vision of the restaurant - Comfortable working standing in the kitchen line for more than 8 hours a day - Fluent in English a must, French a plus RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Ensuring compliance with food control procedures - Adhering to occupational, health and safety standards - Displaying safe handling of food, proper standards of sanitation, cleanliness and personal hygiene
