I am looking for a private chef who can provide side dishes, as well as grill fresh cuts of meat cooked to the guests preference, for 60-75 people during our Wedding reception. I can either provide a serving staff, or can hire yours to help out! I will also provide the main course meats that will be cooked, as well as a propane large flattop grill. This is an idea that I have, but please don't hesitate to let me know how I can make it easier/better! I'm open to suggestions. Pay is negotiable depending on what is offered and supplied.
