Habitat Dining Experience is my personal catering service for small groups in the Tofino/Ucluelet region of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. I craft bespoke menu's, in formats of either multi-coursed tasting or family style, for guests using the highest quality of locally foraged and cultivated ingredients this region has to offer. I combine my two decades of knowledge and expertise, much of that spent cooking through some of Canada's best restaurants, as well as one and two michelin starred kitchens throughout the UK, to bring you a relaxed & informal approach that carries all of the culinary bells and whistles of fine dining.
