I am a chef from tyendinaga mohawk territory where I was born and raised I learned to hunt a fish as a child so I've learned how to clean many kinds of animals and the lessons food has to offer. I love cooking with fresh locally sourced ingredients and trying new recipes or coming up with my own. I am currently going to loyalist college for culinary management, I also have participated in the èlevage event in prince Edward County in March 2023 and I was also the cultural advisor for the PLAR summit at loyalist college
