I started my chef career 30 years ago. I was educated by Strafford chef school. Trained under some of Canada great chefs. I then open a catering company called clever knifes were I dealt with high profile clients. In the film and music business. Though my afilalition with the post production studios, where I had on site cafes. My love for food has been instilled in me by three generation of great professional chefs.
