Dear sir/madam I am a creative, enthusiastic, hardworking chef with a passion for food and lots of experience working in busy hotels and restaurants around the world. At the age of 18 i have start working at Pearl Continental Hotel Karachi Pakistan. After completing my apprenticeship in 2004 I worked in a number of hotels before moving to malawi africa, I was employed for 9 years (from 2005 to 2014)as CDP, chef ( indian curry, mughlai, Chinese, Cantonese, fusion cuisine, pakistani B.B.Q, karahi, curry, cuisine), sous chef and Assistant Head Chef hot kitchen,Italian, continental cuisine at fine dining Copper Pot Restaurant at Crossroads Hotel Malawi Africa. I am very efficient and it was here that I developed much more productive system of food prep, I have also gained experience in managing, staff rosters, pricing and ordering for a large establishments. I have worked at hotel kampi ya boma kolwezi drc congo Africa as Head Chef from 06/2015 to 09/2016. I have worked Head Chef / Manager/ Owner at CFC Restaurant Ali abad Hunza Pakistan from April 2018 to December 2021, I have Worked as Executive chef at lake Safari lodge sivanga Zambia Africa from Dec 2021 to April 2022.
