Specializing in western Canadian restaurant fare with French, Greek, Asian accents. Banquet experience up into the 200’s. I am a chef who is passionate about creating unique and memorable dishes. Natural ability to make taste buds sing! I'm committed to using the best ingredients available and creating feasts that will wow your guests. Whether you need catering, meal planning, or a special creation just for you, I'm here to make it happen. My rates are competitive and I'm available to work hourly, or on day rate. I'm currently charging $30 an hour, or $300/day. I also have my SVOP and supporting certs to run crew boats, if that is useful.
