Chef in Stony Plain, Alberta

I have spent the bulk of my career traveling and taking jobs that offer me culture and education of food and people. My last job adventure was in Iqaluit Nunavut where i spent a year learning country foods and the many different techniques on cooking and curing and smoking of meats. I look at cooking as a creative and constant learning process. the industry is for ever changing and we need to evolve with it. I take jobs for the learning and the challenge, this has always being my idea of a good chef.
