I have been in the food industry for over 18 yrs. I have worked in a variety of kitchens alone or as part of a team. I have had my hand in helping to create a few menus and have run a couple of kitchens. I have a passion for cooking that shines! my attention to detail is nothing less then perfect. I work extremely hard and can handle high volume, fast paced and stressful situations with a calm and collected manor. Im a problem solver which can come in very handy when working under high pressure and in a crunch.
