A Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in preparation and execution of the food service and oversees kitchen operations for all departments in a professional manner in accordance with the standards set by West Coast Grill. Successful candidates will have the ability to work at a fast pace, under pressure, without sacrificing quality and be able to demonstrate flexibility within their role. They must also have the ability to delegate tasks effectively and be able to work as a line cook in the restaurant as and when required.
