I have worked with the hotel industry for 5 years. I really need a break from my routine and do something different like home catering / personal chef service from door to door on my spare time. When I was at school, I did a little catering (lunch boxes) business with my brother and a friend. I had so much fun and now I am expecting to bring that nostalgic moments!! Hopefully this could be a stepping stone for me to be a food entrepreneur :)
