In the past 3 years, I have greatly increased my people management skills and have taken on more responsibility within a management role. Whilst at the cafe classic restaurant in Wellington, NZ, I was in charge of writing menus in addition to planning and organising the opening of the 70 seated restaurant. I have also attended training in HACCP from which I implemented all recording information training for all staff and monitoring procedures. I would describe myself as a people person and I work very well in a team environment as well as using my own initiative. I can encourage and motivate others and I am supportive when training and developing other staff. My time keeping record is excellent and I am a hard worker who can cope with working under pressure and to tight deadlines. I have spent many years travelling and improving my skills and I am ready to take on a new challenge
