Over 15 years of great experiences in Europe and Middle East, I am a self-motivated, hands-on Chef who prefers to lead by example. A positive individual, I have great attitude and the demonstrated ability to work under pressure. Fluent communication skills in English and Italian, Born in Castellammare di Stabia in the South of Italy, I love my job as I loves to cook and create dishes, my style is modern Italian cuisine that take inspiration from the country where I was born and raised, especially by the work experience spent in more than a decade of career, so is a mix of tradition and a touch of contemporary cuisine. I have been working in Fine dining concepts, Trattoria Style Restaurants, Buffet and Sea Food. 7 years’ experience in managing kitchen staff, menu planning, tracking inventory, controlling costs, developing recipe and serving patrons.
