Curating intimate dinners, luxury beverage tasting experiences and pop-up events as well as food styling and art direction for restaurants, magazine and commercial work. I love to learn and create dishes from all over the globe, but most specifically from Mexico and Japan. I cook and travel globally, with a focus on the Pacific Northwest area of the United States and Canada. After going to school for public health and nutrition, and formal culinary training in Saint Paul, I began to work in restaurants that shaped who I am as a chef. Some notable titles and places I have experienced over the past 8 years include Brewer’s Table MN and Spoon & Stable MN as a cook, Sous Chef at Wildair NYC and Chef de Cuisine at Emilia in Mexico City. Currently I am a private chef and food stylist, traveling and working across all of North America.
