I am Jesus, a professional Chef with experience in multiple types of service in some of the best restaurants, hotels, resorts and summer camps across North America during the last 15 years. Now focused on delivering my own catering brand in Ontario. My travels have led me to develop a very rich concept where i have been in contact with multiple cultures and cuisines from all around the world allowing me to extend skills in the kitchen and gourmet service. My specialties focus mostly on Mexican, Italian and American Cuisine. I'm well trainned in the delivery of an exceptional service as this becomes part of a full culinary experience for my guests. My base rate for most functions is 40/hr and may vary depending on specific requests of my guests.
