I am a self-taught kitchen professional with 4 years of experience in the industry, working at very different restaurants, including a sushi restaurant, a French bistro, an Italian eatery, a pub, etc. I love traveling with my food and I bring my guests/customers with my on that journey. I offer private chef services for individuals or families. Events could be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am currently a kitchen manager working from 12h to 00h from Friday through Monday, I could accept jobs that aren't set in those hours.
