I opened the first Vegan Italian restaurant in North America in December 2016 and just sold it in April 2021. I still run the catering aspect of it along with making cakes, desserts and homemade pasta. I was the first restaurant to bring vegan tortellini to Canada and my pasta is in different stores in Montreal hoping for further distribution soon.
