My love for food came to me at a young age when I tried to cook pasta in a milk carton. Since then, the cooking method may have changed, but the curiosity is just as strong. I'm a mover and shaker when it comes to getting things done and have jumped deep into the open waters around me to delve into many grand adventures and experiences which have greatly contributed to my personal brand. In 2010, I went back to school to become the world's next best Graphic Designer, but discovered that food is my true passion. I do still stay intrigued with the creative process and what makes a good design..good. If I get knocked down, I get back up again. When I was 18, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and ended up having three brain surgeries that hit me pretty hard. That experience at such a young age could only be one of the best things to have happen to me as I learned what a challenge really is and how to overcome weakness with strength and triumph. Currently I am working on creative projects that allow me to release the pressure from my right brain to develop fresh and inspirational recipe concepts for internationally established food brands and distributors. I love playing with food all day and only want you to enjoy it just as much as I do!
