I am a passionate and creative Chef/ Pastry Chef, that has worked in the food industry for close to 7 years. I received my diploma in Culinary Management from George Brown College, graduating from my program with honours. I have experience creating curated menus, executed for private events, as well as recipe development. My cooking style varies from healthy to indulgent, depending on the guidelines presented to me. I can work within strict diets such as, vegan and vegetarian, and am familiar with appropriate ingredient substitutions. I try my best to always make use of seasonal, local produce. I believe that the highest quality ingredients will always make the best food.
