- 15 years culinary professor, Fanshawe College culinary and Currently Lambton College culinary
-extensive experience with upscale banquets, executed over 100 weddings and a multitude of other events
- owned, operated and lead the kitchen of a fine dining restaurant and wedding facility in London ON, 5 years
