Provide private chef and menu planning services to groups up to 20. 10 years fine dining experience, 8 years head chef in lodges and resorts and 2 years managing a team. I enjoy preparing plant based with seafood and gluten/dairy free meals, but can make pretty much anything. I source from local farms and fishermen in the area as much as possible and try to keep it organic depending on your budget. I can make anything from a cleansing green juice to start the day to a 5 course wine pairing in the evening. I stay organized and am very adaptable to new kitchens, outdoor kitchens and boat kitchens. I have all the required certificates and more!
