Chef Nick helped us create and launch 5 different restaurant brands while hand picking his culinary team. His flavour profiling and culinary creativity was among the best I’ve seen and I’ve been in this industry for over 25years, in both casual and fine dining. Nick also displayed a high level of knowledge with product sourcing and costing to predetermined targets with menu development for us.

Nick catered a horse show that we were having at our farm. He worked with us, taking feedback and adjusting his thoughts, to develop an interesting menu of choices for participants. Everyone enjoyed the quality and tastiness of the food.
