Im looking into getting into vegan/vegetarian cuisine as my next challenge. after travelling the world and experiencing/learning different food cultures i am finally coming home. The mind set i have now has drastically changed from the man who left home three years ago. whats important to me now is how to improve my self and the lives of the people around me. A big step in doing that is being conscious about the food we eat. mostly though im just looking for the next challenge. Looking forward to hearing from you
