I have been in the culinary profession for 30 years. Having worked in top hotels, restaurants and country clubs in and around the greater Toronto area. Having worked with many top Chefs, which include the following. Susur lee, Mark Thuet, Mark McCewn. I have worked at the KingEdward Hotel, The Sutton Place and the Four Seasons, along with The Granite Club, St. Georges Golf and Country Club. I have also had the privilege to open the first Wolfgang Puck Restaurant in Canada in Oakville, Ontario. I have also had the opportunity to work in California at Spago in West Hollywood and at Stars in San Francisco.
