My focus is on offering food from the land, keeping it local, sustainable, and vibrant! I'm a plant-based chef, which means the highlight of every dish is plant-derived, and animal products are organic, local, ethically raised, and grass-fed. I have a connection with farmers and my clients because these are both important to bring together to be able to offer the most nourishing and quality meals. Knowing where our food comes from is the top priority for me, then creating wholesome delectable meals can be that much more enriched. From the quality of the salt and oil, to the garnish and even the bread. Every ingredient matters. I specialize in plant-based, vegan, gluten-free and offer cooking classes and catering for retreats of up to 20 people everything is brought to you and clean up is included.
