With stints at Joey’s, Ernest’s, and Fort Edmonton’s Hotel Selkirk, and the Glasshouse Bistro, I've experienced much the culinary world has to offer. I may be young, but I've had no shortage of experience. My passion is to put an emphasis what is local and fresh-out-of-the-garden on my menus. Utilizing fresh ingredients i can create the best dishes i can, all while supporting our own communities. While working for the Glasshouse Bistro. Avenue Edmonton described my newly crafted, locally-sourced spring menu as “interesting twist on Canadian classics.” I love challenges as well as any opportunity to learn and grow, both my self and my talents.
