Experienced professional chef with over 20 years of experience under my belt. I recently ended my Executive Chef contract with a Hamilton Cafe franchise where I spent most of my days running the Hamilton Farmers Market location! Currently I am a Chef at McMaster in Hamilton! I have experience in nearly every position within a professional kitchen from line cook, baker, caterer, sous chef, head chef, Executie Chef and cooking instructor; as well as preparing pre-made meals for senior citizens, and on site catering for a Canadian reality t.v. show!
I am available to teach cooking lessons for individuals or groups of up to 10ppl; create and organize pre-made packaged meals for individuals or families. As well as catering for small gatherings of 8ppl-60ppl.
*Availability will depend on the date and time of needed services, as I do have a full time job. ((Currently I am Free for services on Saturdays!

It was a pleasure to contract Diana for cooking classes at our Clubhouse. Diana is a wonderful instructor all around. She was great administratively with scheduling and preparation for the class; always early and extremely prepared. Diana is lots of fun and made each class an experience and social event!
