I have extensive background in the culinary arts, have also ran a succesfull meat shop making all cold cuts bacon charcuturie etc. after a time back home in the oil patch,i find myself performing with renewed interest and skill level having a rest period,i look forward to being a positive addition to any food service establishment.i have over 55 medals and trophies from local and international culinary competitions from vancouver to the culinary masters competition in p.e.i. to gold medal in luxembourg world cup, have executive chef experience for many years in large hotels , im looking to ignite my inner passion for food where ever that takes me im very much a hands on chef and enjoy teaching my fellow team mates
