Job Description: The Cook position is a team member responsible for the preparation of soups, stocks, grain and bean salads, roasted meats and poultry, sauces, snacks and entrees for sale in our restaurant. Cooks must be team players who work well with a small kitchen staff; ensure compliance with all kitchen recipes and produce consistent menu items * Two (2) years minimum line cooking experience in a fast pace restaurant environment, hotel or production facility.* High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required; culinary degree or certification strongly preferred* Food Safety and/or Food Handling certification required.
