Full Time Seasonal Job Responsibilities: Secondary food production, preparation, cuts and transformation of all raw products, cooking of all ingredients, all cooking methods; sauting, grilling, roasting, frying, baking, poaching, steaming, stewing, braising, smoking etc. Sauce and soup making, more elaborate pastries, basic chocolate work, hot and cold line cooking in casual restaurant Maintaining a standard of food quality in accordance to the guide line provided by the Sous-Chefs and Executive Chef Providing professional guidance and training to fellow workers Maintaining order and rotation of food in main kitchen refrigerators and dry storages Job Qualifications: Completion of secondary school is required Must have one of the following three completed: - Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks - Completion of college or other program in cooking - Several years of commercial cooking experience are required.
