I am a person w autoimmune issues and many foods that I am allergic to in terms of inflammation. I would like some information on what you do. I need guidance as to how I need to eat and I am not a cook nor do I want to be so find it difficult to eat how I need to. My goal is to get healthy and lose 30 pounds. I know my diet is key to this due to my limitations in how much exercise I can do. Thanks!
