Hello!
I’ve had celiacs disease for over 20 years, and have been plant based for nearly 8 years.
I have experience in a variety of kitchens/restaurants downtown Toronto (Art gallery, Italian, French diner, commercial juice kitchen) throughout college, and have continued my love of cooking since graduating (social work.. not culinary!)
I love meal prep, menu planning, grocery shopping—all things kitchen-centric. I’m open to provide whatever it is you’re searching for. If you have allergies, or special dietary needs I’m a pro at gluten free and have substantial experience with vegan cooking.
