I am looking for someone to prepare and serve an in home dinner for my wife’s birthday. The meal will be prepared in our kitchen and/or bbq for 6 of us. This will be our first in home chef experience so please walk me through what you would prepare or recommend. Portuguese/Italian influenced food is preferred.
