I am a 38 year old busy technology entrepreneur l living in mid-Miami Beach in a restored Art Deco residence. I am fresh off a detox program in Thailand and looking to maintain health living this winter before getting married in Venice, Italy in May. My goals are to balance healthy eating, physical activity and spirituality to help support me during these next few months with an opportunity for a longer engagement.
