Chef Job in Leavenworth, Washington

The ideal manager candidate will be a highly motivated restaurant professional looking for a long term position and a desire to live work and or raise a family in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Outdoor adventure in this area is limitless the school system is superb. He or she should be driven to succeed and passionate about food and service. They will not only have the ability but the desire to work as part of a team and develop others around them to succeed. Our restaurants are fun and up beat establishments that have become part of the fabric of our community. Our food is sourced locally when available including several of our own gardens and a large flock of chickens. Our food need not be pretentious but extremely fresh and of course consistently delicious. A minimum of 2 years of previous experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manger in a full-service establishment is required for consideration. Starting out there will be a lot of hands on cooking and we will be having our grand re-opening all summer long.
