Hello Chef! I'm looking to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday February 20, 2021 with an unforgettable meal for us and another couple at her home in Beaumont, TX. COVID has us wary of dining out, so this seems like a great way to feel safer and still support the industry we love. My girlfriend is a foodie and we're all fairly adventurous, but we're three Texans & one Louisianan, so you can't go wrong with red meat. That said, GF loves Asian, specifically Japanese cuisine, and we all love wine, Brussels sprouts, cheese, butter, and dark chocolate, and we all want her to be pleased most of all. Thank you!
