Chef Job in Honolulu County, Hawaii

Aloha! I'm Hikaru, and I'm looking for a talented and innovative chef to serve my casual reception in Ewa, Oahu. I have a small casual reception for my wedding on March 20th, 2025. It will be a max group of 35 people. I am looking for a chef that can pick up ordered apps set them on wooden plates, cheese and meat for charcuterie, bbq grill meat & seafood, and serve the grilled meats to the guests. I will be bringing all necessary plates, utensils, and tools for everything. One thing I want to ask is to make 3-4 sauces/ condiments for the grilled meats and seafoods such as chimichurri sauce and red wine sauce. Of course the cost will be covered as well. I could also use your input for elevating the bbq dishes. The pay is 750.00 and the actual dinner time will be around 4:30 - 8:30 PM. More info is available if you contact me [email protected].
