Chef Job in Corvallis, Oregon

We are doing a celebration of life for my mom on march 28. Venue tbd. She lived and loved through food so I want to do a surf and turf of her fav foods. Can you do that? We can provide the raw food if helpful. Here are the foods we are looking at for about 30 people. Obviously we can go budget low (dungenous and tiny shrimp) to budget high (king crab and large shrimp). Surf and turf Menu - Primerib or steak Crab (dunegenous or snow or king) or lobster Shrimp cocktail (tiny or large shrimp) Honey baked ham Salad w Russian and green goddess dressing (ranch too) Mash potatoes and aujus Scalloped potatoes Creamed onions Green bean casarol asparagus Roasted veggies (root/brussel etc) Rolls or bread Water Pepsi etc Coffee Chocolate cream pie Apple crumble Hagaan daz chocolate chocolate chip (and vanilla / individual mini cups) Thank you.
