Chef position available for someone experienced in cooking for a small family run southwestern Wisconsin supper club. Ideal applicant would have the skills to prepare meals to order {seafood, steaks, poultry & pork). The position would also require salad bar preparation and supervision of 1 or 2 other kitchen personnel. Days of operation are Wednesday thru Sunday. Living quarters are available if relocation is necessary.
