Job description · Manage meal prep team by assisting in scheduling, training, and general supervision. · Oversee all weekly meal plan and grab-n-go operations, including participating on meal plan call, completing projections, ordering product, prep, and production. · Responsible for the quality-control of all meals and ensuring that the operation meets food safety standards and regulations. · Monitor stock of all meals to ensure adequate supply and variety of meals are produced and stocked. · Coordinate with BOH Kitchen Manager or Line Cook Lead to ensure inventory and par levels of product and supplies is maintained for both the café and meal plan productions. Qualifications include, but not limited to: · 2 years meal plan experience · Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail · Ability to be on feet for several hours at a time · Understanding/desire to oversee well defined processes and systems · Leadership skills and desire to grow with our expanding company · High school or equivalent Pay: Up to $22 per hour Company Description Clean Eatz is a new Meal Prep and Cafe company located in San Antonio, TX.
