Chef Job in Collingwood, Ontario

Good evening Chef! There are 8 of us staying at a farm house just east of Flesherton from August 23-27. We are interested in having someone come in and cook dinners each night: perhaps 3 'normal' dinners (family style or plated) and 1 'fancy' dinner (e.g. multi-course). No allergies, but some dietary restrictions (1 x lacto-ovo veg, 1 x pescatarian, 1 x no beef). Would it be possible to provide a menu and quote for the dinners?
