Chef Job in Hemet, California

I'm looking to gift my mother a month of personal chef service, in hopes that it will teach her how to prepare healthier food options. She has heart problems, but immigrated to the US from somewhere without a ton of nutrition education. Her doctor recommends a Mediterranean-style diet, which is fairly different from her Central American knowledge of cooking. I'm looking for someone who can come once or twice a week, and work with her to incorporate more fruit and vegetables into her diet. She is very congenial and speaks fluent English, and I'm hoping that if the first month goes well we can work out a longer-term arrangement. Spanish is 100% not necessary, but would be a pleasant bonus.
