I would like to inquire about a private chef for a small private event that I am hosting and I am very excited in discussing this opportunity; even with all the ramifications that may go along with it, as I am exploring all ideas. This event will be conducted in March 03, 2019. I am looking for a classically trained chef, that can provided upon request, training at a renowned culinary institute. Having worked in the culinary arts under a chef for at least 2-3 years. Following this experience, held a position within quality restaurant(s), and has great communication skills. Whether preparing a small intimate dinner or a 7-course affair, I want my chef to take pride in delighting clients with delicious meals prepared to the highest standards. My mission is to exceed my guest expectations, also I am a foodie that is well traveled and I have a reputation for doing precisely that throughout my own life! I want a chef that is well versed in preparing ethnic cuisine (e.g., Italian, Greek, Mexican, or French) while using the freshest ingredients; it helps to have an insider knowledge of the area and shopkeepers. I also would enjoy the chef creating unique dishes that blend unexpected flavor combinations; I would love a chef who is versatile and adventurous. In addition, need a chef experienced in meeting special dietary needs and requests, who can provided many vegetarian, vegan meals in addition to.
