Chef Job in Durand, Michigan

Are you an experienced chef looking for a side job in or near Mid- Michigan? My fiancé and I are planning an intimate wedding in Durand, Mi on 10/11/20.... Our goal is to find a chef to assist in a meal planning that includes appetizers, main dishes, and dessert options. The dessert option can be purchased from a local bakery but would need help displaying. ( Wedding cake will be purchased separately.) The job will consist of cooking & displaying the day of the event, and clean up of the cooking area same day. ( I will use disposable chaffing dishes unless you have stainless steel. And I’m open to recommendations of presentation on the food.) The ideal chef will have a creative approach to food, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to create dishes with precision and adhere to a variety of recipes. You should also have experience in prepping ingredients and following safe food-handling practices.
