Menu planning and execution for mainly weekend wedding events. Overall kitchen management that would require meetings with clients. Work week consist of Wednesday - Saturday with most hours obtained on Friday and Saturdays. 30 hour guaranteed minimum work week with some week’s requiring more based off of duties.
