Chef Job in Rabanal, Puerto Rico

We are a laid back friend group that is vacationing in Puerto Rico and we are looking for a local chef and server to cook/serve appetizers and dinner on February 14th (10 people total). Menu - Prefer local cuisine with fresh ingredients. Dinner can be plated or family style, we are open to suggestions. People - 10 total, no dietary restrictions! Atmosphere - Relaxed, we're a casual bunch and not very formal. Just a bunch of friends looking to share a good meal together. Kitchen - We'll be at an Airbnb, not sure what kitchen equipment will be available, so must be able to bring own equipment. I can let you know what the kitchen is stocked once we arrive (Feb 9th), so you'll have plenty of time to plan. Cost - Negotiable, but would like estimated food costs when discussing the menu.
